WFC and Jelly Queens Launch Bonus Bucks Program With The Jam-N-Pie Challenge

The World Food Championships (WFC) announced today that The Jelly Queens will be back in action this year at the Main Event as a special Dessert sponsor. The Dallas-based company — which features unique flavors of jam, jellies, spreads and pie fillings — is partnering with Texas Petite Pie to give competitors a chance to win instant cash through a “Jam-N-Pie” Bonus Bucks challenge.

WFC Adds New Partner to the Ultimate Food Fight

The World Food Championships announced today it is joining forces with a major duck supplier, Culver Duck Farms, for this year’s main event in Orange Beach, Alabama. Culver Duck, who raises a premium white Pekin duck breed, is joining the world’s largest Food Sport event to feature its products in two unique ways at this year’s championship.

WFC Conducts First Food Champ University In COOKeville

The largest Food Sport competition in the world held its inaugural Food Champ University (FCU) event its hometown headquarters of Cookeville, Tennessee this past weekend. The three-day workshop offered attendees an in-depth look into the growing industry and helped educate aspiring Food Champs on opportunities within both the brand and event spaces.

Idaho Potato Commission Announces Online Qualifier

Earlier this year, WFC announced its new partnership with the Idaho Potato Commission and revealed that the organization, which celebrates the American Heart Association certified heart-healthy Idaho® potato, will be bringing its 4-ton potato on an 18-wheeler truck to the 2018 Ultimate Food Fight held in Orange Beach, Alabama this November!
