Congratulations to the March AQ Event Champions

The month of March ushered in a fresh batch of qualifiers to the 2013 World Food Championships as automatic qualifying competitions filled weekend calendars across the nation. Congratulations to the champions from the following events:   March Events   BBQ KCBS- BBQ Championship & Hog Wild Festival – Mobile, AL                3/8/2013 The Bull’s-Eye Canadian National BBQ Championships is a premier PNWBA event, hosted in Whistler British Columbia right at the base on Whistler Mountain.

The World Food Championships is pleased to announce the first round of events that will qualify competitors to compete for food fame and fortune in Las Vegas. WFC Announces New Date & Tournament-Style Process

Las Vegas — Producers of the second annual World Food Championships announced today that the 2013 event date has been moved to the second weekend of November to accommodate several new developments. The new dates for the World Food Championships, which will still be held in Las Vegas, will now be Nov.

Posted March 13, 2013 • 4:29 p.m. by Robin Leach WORLD FOOD TOURNEY: The second-annual World Food Championships returns as an expanded four-day event Oct. 31 through Nov. 3, and $300,00 will be at stake for 400 competing chefs. The host hotel has not yet been announced, but challenges will be played out at several Stripproperties. Check out this video of last year’s challenges and champions; I served as a judge at The Final Table.
