INDIANAPOLIS, IN – (September 1, 2025) – The World Food Championships (WFC) is excited to announce that Wonderful® Pistachios, America’s best-selling snack nut, will take center stage during the upcoming Flavor Fusion Culinary Showdown at the ANUGA Food Fair in Cologne, Germany this October. As part of WFC’s expanded global footprint, Wonderful Brands will serve as the featured partner for “Wonderful Pistachios Day” on Tuesday, October 7, where their versatile and nutritious nuts will be the required ingredient in three thrilling head-to-head competitions.

Designed to showcase how premium ingredients inspire culinary creativity, each competition will challenge chefs from around the globe to incorporate Wonderful Pistachios into innovative dishes across a variety of categories. From savory main courses to inventive snacks and desserts, pistachios will provide the crunch, flavor, and nutritional punch that elevate everyday recipes into championship-worthy creations.
