Show Us Your #TaterTalent in this month's Seafood Recipe Contest!

This month, we’re asking you to head to the nearest beach! Well, it's not a requirement, but it could serve as inspiration! That’s right—the #FoodChamp online recipe contest theme for May is…..SEAFOOD with a twist!

Penobscot McCrum and the World Food Championships want you to get your creative juices flowing. For this contest, all entries must include Penobscot McCrum Baked Potato Skins and must be a seafood-themed dish, but the rest is up to you! With summer right around the corner, there's no better time to get shrimp or scallops on the grill! 

The contest will officially launch on Tuesday, May 26, on the World Food Championships' Facebook page. Be sure to submit your best recipe and a photo of your seafood dish by Friday, June 5 at 11:59 p.m. (CST) for qualification. The grand prize winner will receive FREE entry to the 2015 World Food Championships and a $500 travel stipend. Four runners-up will receive qualification to the 2015 World Food Championships.
