Registration for 2013 World Food Championships Opens Today!

The chance to show off your culinary craftsmanship for fame and fortune is just around the corner. Are you ready?

Registration for the 2013 World Food Championships officially opens today! If you’ve already won an Automatic Qualifying event…congratulations! You are qualified to compete in the World Food Championships. If you haven’t qualified yet, there are still plenty of opportunities to earn your golden ticket to the World Food Championships in each of the seven categories. Check out the current list of AQ events here: http://worldfoodchampionships.com/competitions/2013. You will need to contact each event individually to enter.

Once you win an Automatic Qualifying event, you will receive an email from the World Food Championships team, with the inclusion of a unique link you will use to complete registration.

Official emails to the competitors who have already qualified will go out starting April 15 and run through April 18. As the 2013 events occur, additional registration emails will follow within a few days. If you have already qualified for an event and have not received your registration email after April 18, please contact competitor@worldfoodchampionships.com.

Competitors will have a limited amount of time to register before the invitation passes down to another competitor in the same or a different event.

Important! Many of the categories have a limited capacity for competitors. Registration for that category will close upon reaching capacity. Be sure to get your registration in early to save your seat at the world’s greatest culinary showdown out there!
