Bolner’s Fiesta Products Returns to WFC for Seafood, Pantry Integrations

Texas-based spice manufacturer Bolner's Fiesta Products, Inc. announced today that it is partnering with the World Food Championships (WFC) as the Official Spice of Food Sport and the key ingredient for the event’s seafood championship this fall, which is scheduled for Nov 8-12 at the iconic Fair Park in Dallas, Texas.

“Bolner’s is an extraordinary brand. We have seen the quality of their spices and seasonings in our steak and soup categories in previous years, and we are very excited to see how Food Champs integrate their brand into our seafood category this year,” said Mike McCloud, WFC President and CEO. “We are especially proud of our long-standing, seven-year history with the Bolner family and encourage all of our competitors to thank them for their support.”

In addition to the seafood category, Fiesta’s specialty seasonings and spices will be featured in the event’s competitor pantry. The specific ingredient for the seafood challenge will be announced later this summer when WFC releases its official Tournament & Infusions chart.

Since 1955, the Bolner family has been purchasing spices from around the world and has prided itself in being a family-owned, family-run company. Today, the company imports spices from more than 60 countries and offers over 600 products from their San Antonio facility.

"We are excited to see how our products will be utilized this year in the Seafood category,” said Liz Bolner Each year we love seeing the creativity of the competitors and are always impressed with how each dish turns out.  We would like to thank the World Food Championships for being such a wonderful supporter of our brand, and we look forward to another great competition season!"
