CELEBRITY JUDGE
Dylan Ambrose
2013 WFC JudgeFor Chef Dylan Ambrose, sometimes less is more. He believes "using more than 5 ingredients tends to muddle food flavors for many dishes." Instead, he likes to stick to a few, high quality ingredients. This comes as welcome news for many time-pressed cooks looking to get great quality food on the table - fast. He has been in the business since 1988, and his culinary inspirations include Julia Child, his grandfather and his mother - although not necessarily in that order! He is currently a member of Stonemill Kitchen's culinary development team at Reser's, the largest salad manufacturer in the US. Chef Dylan is looking forward to be a judge again at this year's World Food Championships.
