COMPETITION: World Noodle Championship
Inspired by my Chicago Italian heritage, my culinary journey started making raviolis with my dad and grandpa as a young kid. Food has always been my love language, and I moved to Indianapolis in 2016 to pursue my dream as a chef. I worked my way up through different restaurants as I honed my skills. From Nada kitchen manager, Nicole Taylor's sous chef, and now Tinker Street pasta chef. While I do not like to say I have a specialty because I am inspired by everything, I spend much of my time hand rolling pasta just as I did as a kid.
