My Name is Russell Sawyer, I am 46 years old. I have cooked at all kinds of places from Jersey Diners, Country Clubs, and fine dining. I started at 14 as a dishwasher, and was hooked on the life. I love completing a busy service and seeing the smiling satisfied faces of our guests. Plus I love to work with seasonal & new ingredients and come up with new intetesting ways to use them.
