Restaurants have been my life since I started washing dishes to make a little extra beer money in school in Columbia, SC. This business got its hooks in me and never let go. I've worked every position available in a restaurant, from bus boy to Managing Partner, but the kitchen is where my soul resides. The creative and discovery process of combining ingredient, technique, and texture in new and exciting ways is something that really gets my juices flowing. I love to make people happy with food!
