i was born in Long Beach, CA. i attended culinary school at The Art Insititute of San Bernadino California. Graduated with Associates of Science in Culinary Arts. i started working in kitchens as a dishwasher at the age of 16. I grew up with a strong Italian influence and continued to work as a line cook throughout high school and college. Continued to further my culinary experiences by moving out to Arizona to work hand in hand with Chef Tom D'Ambrosio of Aioli Gourmet Burgers. Since June 2017 i have occupied the position as Sous Chef at Aioli Gourmet Burgers.
