HEAD COOK: Beth Mewborn
COMPETITION: Fire & Ice Women's BBQ Championship
We are a female led, husband-wife team who started competing in 2013. Oftentimes, we have two other team members who also compete with us. We are not culinary trained, yet we are public school teachers, but we found a passion through competitive BBQ that we can share as husband and wife and it is a crucial element to our marriage now. Our daughter, Olivia (8), also competes with us and is interested in competitive BBQ through the Kids-Q series.
