I am the mother of 3 beautiful children and the 2 time champion of the ATCO Blue Flame Kitchen Cooking Contest. I was lucky and proud to become the Canadian Dessert Champion at The Canadian Food Championships in Edmonton, Alberta. I am excited to represent Canada, my family, friends and supporters at the World Food Championships and hope to create an amazing dessert that earns top marks!
