Chef Jeff Quatraro believes, "A good wine can elevate a meal. A great wine can transform it." His culinary inspirations range from his Italian grandmother whose 6-course meals embodied 'sustainable practices' long before they became fashionable. In his distinguished culinary career, he's owned and managed several restaurants, served as head wine buyer for restaurants and resorts, and cooked for James Beard himself, often credited as "The father of American cooking."
He is currently a member of Stonemill Kitchen's culinary development team at Reser's, the largest salad manufacturer in the US. He loves to entertain and invites today's time-pressed hosts to, "relax and always start the evening with some bubbles. It will take the edge off and add a fun and festive feel to any party."
