I have been in the restaurant industry for over a decade going on 15 years. I worked my way up from a little pizza shop to Executive chef helping open multiple restaurants along my way. I have worked Italian cuisine, upscale steakhouses, Mediterranean and a lot in between. Outside of work I like to play guitar or spend time with my wife and six kids.
