My aspiration to become a chef began at the age of ten, influenced by growing up in a city renowned for its rich culinary landscape. Observing the expertise of culinary figures such as Rachel Ray, Paula Deen, and Bobby Flay on food networks sparked a significant career shift, redirecting my focus from education to the dynamic culinary arts. To pursue this ambition, I enrolled in Le’Cole Culinaire and subsequently gained valuable experience through collaborations with esteemed chefs in Memphis. The circumstances of 2019 presented an opportunity for professional growth, leading to my role as a private chef under Chef Bre Bass, where I specialized in creating customized dining experiences for clients in their residences. This entrepreneurial drive continued in 2021 with the establishment of Simply Bold Seasoning, a venture that has achieved sales of over 300 units. Currently, as a health coach, I am committed to empowering individuals to achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized meal preparation, practical guidance including refrigerator assessments and grocery consultation, and a supportive framework for adopting sustainable healthy lifestyle choices.
