Went to the hotel/culinary school in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, worked in the Netherlands, France & Equador and after traveling planted my roots in Bonaire. Where I took over a restaurant with my wife, Rum Runners Bonaire restaurant and cocktail bar that features international cuisine with a Bonairean twist and a second open plan kitchen with the Pizza temple and more. We are open 7 days a week for breakfast/lunch/dinner and also boost a great trendsetting cocktail bar. Competed in and coached the Bonaire culinaire teams for years and together with some other Bonaire chefs fuel several food initiatives for those in need (either for education or a meal)
