HEAD COOK: Nicolas Adame
COMPETITION: World Sandwich Championship
Sergeant Adame, Nicolas was born July 14th 1993 in Houston, Texas. Growing up he was raised in a Cuban and Mexican household being introduced to many different cultures. In New Braunfels he started to develop a passion for cooking and for the next 9 years he would spend this time studying and honing his craft. In 2015, he had the opportunity to travel to Philadelphia, PA and stage in multiple fine dining restaurants. Upon returning to Texas he began working at Mozies in Gruene, Texas where he held a Kitchen Manger’s position for two years before enlisting in 2020. While competing in the Joint Culinary Arts Competition, he was selected to become a member of the United States Army Culinary Arts Team to compete nationally and internationally representing the United States Military.
