Im Currently a Culinary Creative for Umoja Food Group where I collab on menu creations and oversee offsite events. My back round includes Chef roles at Bar Moro, Baileys Restaurants, Casa don Alfonso @ The Ritz-Carlton Stl, and Sushi Chef at Drunken Fish excelling in food production, quality control and team development. I am passionate about refining my craft and value teamwork, consistently striving for excellence with every dish.
