I am Adrian Lem from Northwest Arkansas, the owner and Chef of Mellow Moose Burgers in Siloam Springs. Born in Mexico, I recently became a US Citizen in May of 2024. My culinary interests and love of food began as a small child watching my parents cook. I went to culinary school at Texas State Technical College in Abilene, Texas and then moved to Denver, Colorado to continue to learn and grow my culinary knowledge. After becoming a father, we moved back home to Northwest Arkansas to raise our family and to start our own food truck. I am excited to be a part of this competition and learn even more.
