HEAD COOK: Alexandra Donnadio
COMPETITION: World Live Fire Championship
I'm Alexandra Donnadio, known as Zandge online. I am owner/chef Iron & Oak Catering, where we offer open fire cooking experiences. Our events include charcuterie, hors d’oeuvres, and whole hogs cooked asado-style, along with lamb, prime rib, and sometimes alligator. Recently, I competed on Gordon Ramsay’s Next Level Chef, reaching the top 12, and earned 3rd place in an international cooking competition in Taipei along with 2nd at the Allegro Ambassador Showdown. I've served as a pitmaster at the Kentucky Derby, been a vendor at Big Apple BBQ, and MC'd Future of Q at Memphis in May. I organized and coordinated “Embers of Valor,” an event that raised funds for veterans and suicide awareness. Additionally, I’ve appeared on Market Live and multiple other platforms showcasing live demos. My partner, Aaron Alosi, helps run Iron & Oak Catering he has an extensive background in the restaurant industry. Aaron has also been a VIP pitmaster at QBBQ Fest and the Kentucky Derby
