, I've been cooking professionally for over 20 years. I've run some of the biggest restaurants in the country in LA, Vegas, and New York City with the Tao Group. Now I own Chef Von & Mom in Scranton, Pennsylvania. I was recently on Gordon Ramsay's Next Level Chef on Fox, season 3. I competed in Taipei, Taiwan this June in a world cooking competition. I also placed 3rd in a world chef competition in Macau, China. I'd love to compete or judge in the world championships. That would be awesome!
