We are passionate about food, family and friends!! We have found the food sport of BBQ to be the best way to enjoy all three while also fueling Amy’s competitive nature. Amy is the lead cook of Team Meat Coma BBQ which was birthed in 2011 after we got our first glimpse into the world of competition BBQ while helping Amy’s Aunt's team compete in Memphis in May in 2009 and 2010. Over the past 13+ years of competitive cooking we have won multiple top 10 category calls, multiple category wins, and our fair share of overall competition wins! We love to cook outside the lines of what is expected from traditional BBQ teams!
