HEAD COOK: Takamasa Sato
COMPETITION: World Burger Championship
Mr. Takamasa Sato started his career at an Italian Buffet Restaurant in Tokyo then changed his field to a pastry shop. In 2013, he joined launching a new cafe at Shibuya to learn Italian & French cuisine as his new skills. After running the cafe for 3 years, by the opportunity to move to an authentic American restaurant, Takamasa finally found his main field in "Hamburger" as he relized it was the perfect campus to express his cooking philosophy and passion. In 2019, he joined one of the legendary burger shops called Sun2Diner in Nakameguro and gained his burger career for 7 years until his master chef Tajima gave him a "certificate" to open his own restaurant in Matsushima, Sendai where he was born and always wishing to give his appreciation back to. In 2024 his burger shop Harry's Junction participated into JAPAN BURGER CHAMPIONSHIP 2024 then became a champion against over 50 famous and skillful burger shops from all over Japan.
