My culinary training began in my grandmothers kitchen and continued on through a career in kitchens and restaurants for the last 27yrs. I have experienced fast paced high volume restaurants and smaller more intimate catering opportunities. The one truth I've always found is that the food will always be my best interpreter in how much I truly love the industry and the guests that I have the opportunity to serve out of our amazing little food truck.
