Susan has a broad repertoire of confectionary skills that covers pastries, cakes,pies,fondant,chocolate work , cookies, and Gingerbread houses. Susan also taught classes for years to both adults and children to decorate at various levels. Susan is a featured chef at the Florida Restaurant and Lodging show every year. A member of the ACF in Orlando Florida. A professional caterer and A Bakery Manager for Publix Supermarket. Susan competes in multiple contest throughout the year. Also giving back to the community she donates her time to several charities such as Make A Wish, Ronald McDonald House, Unity Way and March of Dimes. Susan is also in the process of publishing a dessert/ pie cookbook for 2016.
