By day I’m a construction safety Director, by night I’m a BBQ guru. I love competing in bbq contests, my first one was a local rib comp in 2013 where I finished dead last. All that did was fuel my fire to figure out what comp bbq is, and how do I get better. Fast forward to now and I’ve been competing for a decade and added many trophy’s to my trophy room. WFC is one of my bucket list comps to qualify for and I’ve finally done it. Can’t wait to compete with the best of the best.
