I am the Corporate Executive Chef for my company, LTC Hospitality. We have several brands within our restaurant group including Smoked, The Grand, The Venue, Hanabi, and Good Life Cafe with plans of opening two more restaurant concepts, a brewery, and two country clubs within the next year. My role is to create the menus and standardized recipes and train the chefs for each concept. Before here I have held titles such as Executive Chef, General Manager, and Banquet Chef specializing in Asian, Low-Country, Mid-Western, Italian, and Southern BBQ cuisine, from casual to fine dining. In my personal life, I have a beautiful wife (Rebekah Ellis) and 4 children. In my spare time, I like to travel, fish, compete in cooking competitions, spend time with my family, train jiu jitsu, and work on home improvement projects.
