COMPETITION: World Chef Championship
I am a Certified Executive Chef, representing the Midlands ACF Chapter as Chapter President. I am the Corporate Executive Chef for my company, LTC Hospitality. We have several brands within our restaurant group including Smoked, The Grand, The Venue, Hanabi, 518 Smokehouse, and Good Life Cafe with plans of opening more restaurant concepts, a brewery, and two country clubs within the next year. My role is to create the menus and standardized recipes and train the chefs for each concept. Before here I have held titles such as Executive Chef, General Manager, and Banquet Chef specializing in Asian, Low-Country, Mid-Western, Italian, and Southern BBQ cuisine, from casual to fine dining. In my personal life, I have a beautiful wife (Rebekah Ellis), 5 children including 1 due in June, and 1 grandchild. In my spare time, I like to travel, fish, compete in cooking competitions, spend time with my family, train jiu jitsu, garden, and work on home improvement projects.
