My name is Stephen, aka Stevo Nieto. I am originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico, but have made Southern Nevada my home. I first started cooking on Las Vegas strip as a youngster for my Executive Chef cousin. I left for the army serving in different places, (some I won't talk about) I came back to Las Vegas and worked in different casinos cooking from fine dining to line cook. I ended up cooking for Nellis Air Force base for the next 20 years. My passion is cooking, and Competitions BBQ is my release from my PTSD demons.
