Pablo, born in El Salvador, and raised there untill the age of 17 in a household of 7 developed a passion for cooking, at the early age of 11, although it was always simple menus. I immigarated to the USA at the age of 17 and with the new culture and life styl, I went after the wrong goals. In December of last year, I realized that cooking makes me happy, and my passion revived within me, and I gave my 3 week notice resignation at work and ran to Le Cordon Bleu to enroll. I am not a good cook, but today I am here because I love doing this, and I am in the process of becoming a person that brings joy and satisfaction to everyone who sits down to enjoy a meal. I believe a meal time is time for real enjoyment.
