HEAD COOK: Pamela Woodberry

I received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1991 that was unfortunately and permanently sidelined by my School of Hard Knocks Degrees in lupus, cardiomyopathy, and non-Hodgkins lymphoma. My mad scientist mentality combined with my love of food led me to enter various competitions in the State Fair of Texas’ Creative Arts Department cooking contests. When I’m not dreaming about out-of-the-box culinary creations, I crochet, knit, and take care of my canine and feline clients when their humans are away from home. I also love books, and I am looking forward to seeing as much of the world as possible.
This is my very first WFC event, and I am so very fortunate and proud to have the woman who is the root of and basis of all that I am — Frances Woodberry (my Mom! :-D ) — as my sous chef.
