QUALIFYING EVENT: 2012 WildCard Draw
My competitive cooking experience has been based on chuck wagon cooking using dutch ovens over an open fire and with wood coals. A standard chuck wagon cook-off entails cooking for approximently 40 people and preparing five food categories:meat, beans, potatoes, biscuits,and dessert. I am looking forward to the WFC experience and meeting great cooks from all around the country.
