From Richmond VA, been cooking professionally for about 10 years. I've worked in mostly fine dining settings such as Rappahannock restaurant, Fiola, and Duck Duck Goose, but also spent some time in brick oven pizza places and smaller mom and pop locations. I love all styles of cooking but recently I have been focused a healthier lifestyle. Being a personal chef for people in the DC area I feel it is our responsibility to promote healthy sustainable food that is also delicious and gets us excited to nourish our bodies with local fruits and veggies
