I began working in my parents store when I was twelve. My father coming from Nicaragua, and my mother coming from Poland. I grew up with cooking fresh food and fell in love at a very early age, and at 17 I began my journey that I am more than proud of today. I have worked In and Ran, Thai , Italian, Hispanic restaurants. I am Currently the executive chef of an old world Italian restaurant called Alodias
