I developed a passion for food early on always wanting to be in the kitchen and help with the preparations, after pursuing a degree in engineering and realizing thats not where my passion truly lied, I decided to pursue a career in food. Starting from a dishwashing and prep cook position I pushed myself to learn and hone my skills to be the best chef I could. Now I help to run a restaurant, while taking on teaching others to eat healthy, cook for themselves, and add a little creativity to their personal kitchens. I have reached a point where all my passions, coaching, health and fitness, and of course cooking have been able to meld into one!
