I graduated with full honors from the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute Las Vegas in Baking and Pastry. I'm currently back in school to complete my associates degree in Culinary. I've done my externship at Carlos Bakery in the Venetian (the Cake Boss). I'm currently working at the JW Marriott in Las Vegas as a Pastry Cook.
I'm really passionate about what I do and and accept any challenge that comes my way!
I'm originally from South Africa and been living in the USA for almost 14 years. The last year and a half was the hardest in my life! Working full time and going to school full time, just to end up in a shelter because of domestic violence. I'm finally out living with wonderful friends, I'm back in school, just bought a new car and have an awesome job! And to top it all off now I have a golden ticket. Never thought I would say this: 'If you work hard and give everything you have, it definitely is possible to live the American Dream!'
