I grew up in Alabama and my mom was a traditional southern cook and taught me how to cook from the time I was 10 years old. As I have gotten older, I have made healthier food choices. There are so many good things to eat that are good for you! Just because food is healthy doesn't mean it doesn't have flavor! My husband and I have been competing in KCBS BBQ Competitions since 2004. I am a competitive person and we love the BBQ Family!
