I have managed restaurants for over 25 years , mainly the front of the house. I have worked in the kitchen at a few of them, although I found it was not the way I enjoyed cooking. Eventually I was asked to cater a friends wedding rehearsal dinner. It went amazingly well and I found my true passion for food and how I ultimately wanted to cook! Over the next few years I was picking up more and more catering jobs , now I have an LLC and do onsite catering ! I really enjoy the catering process and being able to work with a client and cook food at my own pace and being able to control the end result . It gives me great pleasure to be a part someones special occasion ! As far as culinary training I am self taught, my passion for food turned into my career and i wouldn't want it any other way !
