Elizabeth is a home cook with a love for entertaining and competitive cooking. She began food sport competitions in 2005 and holds dozens of online and in-person cook-off wins/placements including National Beef Cook-off, Sutter Home Build a Better Burger, National Oyster Cook-off, Tillamook Macaroni & Cheese contest, and Riunite Ultimate Chili Challenge. A Seattle native, Elizabeth is a corporate event producer and enjoys travelling, biking, and paddleboarding when not in the kitchen.
