Forrest Dilmore of Forrest\'s Fine Foods is no stranger to competition cooking. Forrest has competed in over 250 competitions throughout the southeast and has collected up in excess of 800 trophies, most being from BBQ competitions and some from Dutch Oven competitions. Forrest has been described as being one of the most talented and diverse outdoor cooks in the Southeastern United States. In January of 2016 Forrest entered a new realm of outdoor cooking when he purchased an 1890\'s era Weber Chuckwagon to add to his expertise. Although being excited to compete in the World Food Championships in 2016, Forrest feels as if he\'s the \"dark horse\" or \"wild card\" in the lineup due to the fact that all his cooking is done outside with coals. WFC has created a real challenge for him with an electric stove!
