I am a country born and raised cook. I was taught how to cook and bake from scratch at the heels of my Grandmother. I love to experiment and believe the kitchen is the heart of the family.\r\nI am also a female butcher and hunter/fisherman. I can take any animal from field to table. I have processed deer for local hunters in my home meat room for around ten years. I\'m known on the competition bbq circuit and am a brand ambassador for Kysek Icechests, Kettle Pizza and Royal Oak Charcoal. \r\nMy personality is like my cooking, brite and fun loving and spicy. I have competed and won Travel Channel\'s American Grilled Louisville and have appeared on Food Network\'s Chopped Grillmasters. I released my first cookbook, \"Secret Ingredient Smoking and Grilling\" in May of this year.
