HEAD COOK: Fletch Miller

Chef Fletch Miller has 30 years experience in the culinary field. She is the former executive corporate chef for AIG Baker The Wharf ('06-12), where she cooked for celebrities, musicians and partnered with Kenny Stabler for multiple charity events.
She now works at Villaggio Grille @ The Wharf where she caters events, VIP parties for the amphitheater, and is lead chef for food truck events. Fletch also participates in The James Beard Foundation better burger contest, and is a Taste of America winner for Alabama for WFC, and Wamplers breakfast winner for WFC. She is third place winners for the 2015 Zatarian's Shrimp Festival Challenge, and seconded place winner in festivals of flavor 2016.
