Having worked every position in the restaurant business, I have always had a food passion. I do not have any formal training, but have always had a way of making spice combinations work. In 2014, I launched Wild Bill's Wing Sauce. Since its inception, Wild Bill's has won many awards including: World Hot Sauce Awards, Firery Food Challenge, Golden Chili Awards, International Flavor Awards, Chili Pepper Magazine, National BBQ Association and more.
In 2018, I partnered with long time friend and maker Matt Biles to open The Saucery in Gulf Shores, Alabama. The Saucery is our culinary playground filled with handcrafted sauces, olive oils, vinegar's, jellies, spices, chocolates, macarons and much more.
