Having worked every position in the restaurant business, I have always had a food passion. I do not have any formal training, but have always had a way of making spice combinations work. My most proud culinary event was the launch of Wild Bill's Wing Sauce in 2014.
Wild Bill's was created because a group of us were getting tired of the same combination of hot sauce and butter restaurants were putting on wings. Wild Bill's is made with vine-ripend peppers, tomatoes and our special spice blend, In the past two years, Wild Bill's Wing Sauce has won awards in more than 12 competitions including: World Hot Sauce Awards, Firery Food Challenge, Golden Chili Awards, International Flavor Awards, Chili Pepper Magazine, National BBQ Association and more.
