A photographer whose passion for the darkroom turned into a passion for cooking. In a brief 6 years this ICS cook has qualified to compete at Worlds, 3 times in Red, 3 times in Green, and 4 times in Salsa. Tim McAfee has back to back wins at the 99.9 KISS Country Cook Off in Pembroke Pines FL. Second only to ICS Worlds Championship in number of teams competing.
