COMPETITION: World Seafood Championship
The thrill and honor of winning the 2015 World Food Championships in the Seafood Category has not worn off. I will do my best to defend the title in 2016. This year I am competing with my Teammate, Robyn Handler and we have received enormous support from our greatest Sponsor, The Spice Lab, Fort Lauderdale. We would like to thank our generous sponsor, Restaurant Deport for their support as well. When we are not cooking Robyn and I both work for the county we live in. Robyn is a school teacher and softball coach and I am a Firefighter/Fire Investigator/Inspector. Together we are also the staff recipe writers for THE SPICE LAB, Fort Lauderdale. We have the privilege of working with the finest ingredients from around the world thanks to Brett and Jennifer Cramer , founders of the Spice Lab, Inc.
