I am a retired University of Wisconsin-Stout Food and Nutrition Professor. I have enjoyed winning many local, state and national recipe contests. I started my own dessert catering business after retiring from the University. My specialty is developing original dessert recipes for weddings and other special occasions. I have always had a passion for baking and am excited to compete with so many talented bakers from all parts of the world.
