I have been competing in the International Chili Society for the last 10 years. I do 25-30 cook offs a year. I have cooked in the World Food Competition the last 3 years, winning the title of Chili Champion in 2013 and 2014. I love to compete and enjoy all the friendships I have made. But make no mistake, when the bell rings I come out swinging, so bring your "A" game, because I WILL!
