Sauced Up & Smokin' has been competing in BBQ Cookoff's for about 6 yrs. in this time frame we have been invited to the National Championship in Meridian Tx every year. We have cooked in Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo World BBQ Championship the last 3 yrs. We have Cooked there and have received 17th, 4th, and 1st in the 3 yrs that we have been there in the brisket category. We feel that we can compete at the level of World Championship.
