Head Cook, Joe Limon his BBQ Cooking Team, have been cooking competitively in and around the Houston, Texas area for over 10 years both under the Jokers and Smokers Team name, and more recently under Joe's new company name, Platinum Cookers. Joe and his team also competes at the Houston Rodeo World Championship BBQ Cook off every year. The team specialty is the chicken category, but they have won 1st Place in all categories at various contests. The team is ecstatic to be competing at the World Food Championships for the 1st time!
